Susan Churchill, Certified Qigong Trainer
Contact:
Thechurchillfamily@hotmail.com
Susan Churchill is a SFQ Certified Trainer and Certified Practice Group Leader who loves to work with any and everyone to help them discover (or rediscover) themselves, their purpose and how to live a joyous, vital life.
Discovering Spring Forest Qigong early in the pandemic, she quickly realized that Master Chunyi Lin’s mission of “A healer in every home and a world without pain and suffering” totally resonated with her.
Originally looking for a way to reduce anxiety and increase immunity for herself and her family, Susan soon discovered that she had just opened the door to a new and purposeful life for herself.
After her first 30-minute practice session with Master Lin on SFQ Everyday, her anxiety released, and hope reemerged.
Master Lin, through his presence and wisdom, showed her that even in the most challenging times, happiness, joy, peace, contentment, and gratitude can be experienced.
Susan started to heal in ways she didn’t expect. She was able to release chronic
conditions of Restless Leg Syndrome, shoulder pain, and even got the range of
motion back in her arms. Her emotions came into balance and her busy mind
calmed down. She was hooked! Needing to learn everything she could about the SFQ Qigong practice and what made it work, she completed Levels 1 through 4, became a Certified Practice Group Leader, and in 2022, became a Certified
Trainer.
She is now co-teaching Qi Activation classes with Jo Anne Brown, CT, has three
SFQ Practice Groups online, is leading SFQ practices at a Lemon’s of Love cancer
support center, co-leads grief-release classes with her dear friend and Energy
Healer, Tamara K., and plans to begin teaching SFQ practice groups through her local Community College’s Community Education Program.
