What is a Qi Break?
A short, bite-sized 5-15 minutes of Spring Forest Qigong practice presented between speaker sessions. Each Qi Break is led by a SFQ professional and commonly includes at least one of the following Spring Forest Qigong practices:

- Active Exercises
- Harvesting of Qi Exercises
