What is Qi Break?

A short, bite-sized, 5-15 minutes of Spring Forest Qigong practice which presented between speaker sessions. Each Qi Breaks is led by a SFQ professional and commonly include one or a combination of the following Spring Forest Qigong practices: 

  • Qigong Healing Movements 
  • Internal Refinement 
  • Active Exercises 
  • Harvesting of Qi Exercises 
  • Soothing Exercises 
  • Sound Vibration with Chanting 
  • Head-to-Toe Body Repair Healing Techniques 
  • Mind-Focusing Practice to Enhance Visualization 
  • Gratitude Practice to Cultivate Unconditional Love
